Sopfie brings nine years of experience as a personal trainer, nutritionist, life coach and body therapist – but what really sets her apart is her own story. She has been through weight loss and personal challenges herself, and that lived experience is what makes her so strong at helping others.
Her sessions combine functional training, bodyweight strength and mixed-modal workouts with mindfulness, recovery and presence. She’s just as focused on your headspace as on your muscles – and she knows that lasting results only come when both body and mind are part of the journey.
