Per Mogensen

Habit change · Outdoor movement · Functional training

Per is a certified personal trainer and habit coach with a degree in Nutrition and Health – and eight years of experience helping people make changes that stick.

He’s not the shouty type. His coaching is calm, clear and grounded in lived experience. After losing more than 30 kilos himself – and keeping it off for over a decade – he knows that transformation is not about pushing harder. It is about finding what works for you.

Per works with functional movement, outdoor training and small, steady habit shifts that fit into real life. No quick fixes. No guilt trips. Just training that meets you where you are – and keeps you moving forward.
