Natasja Haagensen

Functional Training · Postpartum Support · Mindset-based Training

Natasja is a certified personal trainer with four years of experience – and a master’s degree in psychology in the making. She brings both technical know-how and mental insight to the table, combining strength, mobility and postpartum training with a thoughtful approach to what actually keeps people going.

She’s all about making training feel motivating, not mandatory. Whether you want to get stronger after giving birth, build a new routine or simply rediscover joy in movement, Natasja meets you with curiosity, care and structure that makes sense.

She loves lifting heavy and geeking out on technique – but she knows the best program is the one you actually want to come back to.

Because strength is not just about numbers on a scale. It is about showing up – again and again – in a way that feels right for you.
