Nana Cecilie Kongsholm

Yoga & flexibility · Mindfulness & recovery · Pre/postnatal movement

Nana teaches what she calls "anti-performance yoga" – a practice that is about getting out of your head and into your body, feeling lighter in both body and mind. Her yoga is for everyone, and she’s passionate about meeting you exactly where you are.

With certifications across Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Viniyoga, Yoga Nidra, kids’ yoga and pre/postnatal training, she brings both range and depth to her sessions. Breathwork, meditation and mindfulness are always part of the mix, creating a space where you can laugh, reflect, let go – and land fully in yourself.

Nana’s approach is grounded, warm and welcoming. No pressure, no judgment – just an invitation to move, breathe and explore what feels good for you.
