Training with Marie is like getting a pep talk and a gentle push – wrapped in good vibes. With six years of experience and a background in personal training, running, postpartum recovery and habit coaching, she knows how to get you moving (and keep you coming back).

Her sessions mix strength, bodyweight and outdoor training with a healthy dose of humour and support. She meets you where you are – whether you’re sleep-deprived, starting fresh or just need someone to say “you’ve got this.”

Yes, she’s also trained in nutrition and behaviour change. But she’s not here to fix you. She’s here to remind you that movement can feel like something you actually want to do.
