Maja Wolf Lytje

Physiotherapy-based training · Boxing · Functional strength

Maja is a licensed physiotherapist with seven years of professional experience – and over two decades of personal love for movement. From boxing gloves to barbell squats, she’s tried it all. And she brings that lived experience into every session.

She’s worked with people dealing with pain, fatigue and stress – and knows that training only works if it actually works in your life. Her sessions mix functional strength, boxing, mobility and recovery – with a focus on what feels good, not just what looks hard.

With Maja, there’s no pressure to push harder, shrink smaller or prove anything. Just honest guidance, tailored sessions and a belief that training should give more than it takes.
