Laura Becher

Functional training · Outdoor movement · Postpartum support

Laura is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Nutrition and Health – and five years of experience helping women move with confidence, create structure and feel good in their own skin.

Her focus is not quick fixes or rigid plans – but real change, built through knowledge, care and small, steady steps. She works with women who want to regain energy, create structure in a busy life and build routines that feel both flexible and sustainable.

Her sessions combine functional strength, outdoor training and postpartum recovery – always with a calm presence and a practical mindset.

With Laura, training is not about control. It is about creating habits that last – and feeling good while doing it.
