Her focus? Movement that makes sense – in your body, your life and your everyday. From low-impact strength and pelvic floor training to mobility, stretching and recovery, Anita creates sessions that support you through life’s many chapters.

She specialises in working with women – especially in the wild, wonderful mess of pregnancy, motherhood and everything around it.
